There is a new but hidden business in Canada - it is called “buy on your behalf”.

How it works is that some Chinese Canadians are buying Canadian baby formula and exporting them to China.

This business wouldn’t exist if there was no lack of confidence in domestic baby formula among Chinese parents.

But everything changed after the huge Melamine Scandal back in 2008 in China.
